This self-defense course for women will allow you to learn how to detect and prevent an attack, and to understand and apply personal defense strategies when faced with such a situation.
But most importantly, this course will allow you to integrate these concepts into your life in order to increase your self-confidence, your sense of security and your vigilance, without harming the quality of your life.
We have trained hundreds of women for over 22 years.
The course is adapted to your needs, age and physical condition.
YOUR TEAM OF INSTRUCTORS
Alain Aquilino is passionate about self-defense. Not only does he train police officers in various physical defense and intervention techniques, but he also has over 37 years of experience in various martial arts such as Sogo Budo Jujutsu, Aiki-jujitsu and Karate.
This self-defense instructor is assisted by Glennmor Guihur, Jean-François Soukaina Kadouri, Mélodie Marcotte, Eve Aubochon, Kim Picard, Liliane Lim, Emyliane Smarlack, Kim Cadieux and Dounia Oarab, martial artists with a great concern for women's self-defense.

Please note that the adult course and the course for ages 14 to17 years old group are held together. The two registration links are provided to offer a reduced price for teenage girls.

10:00 to 11:30
Acquire strategies and techniques to enhance situational awareness, master threat detection and prevention methods, and implement effective self-defense techniques.
11:30 to 4:00
Practice self-defense techniques for effective response across diverse situations and confidently handle any potential threat.
